Civilians and active duty military members are asked to dress in your "Old Hollywood" formal best. Everyone is encouraged to join in theme. If uniform is preferred, Dinner Dress Blue Jacket: O4 and above, optional for O3 and below; Dinner Dress Blues: O3 and below.
